   These Terms of Use are governed by and drafted in accordance with Portuguese law. Any conflict or divergence of interpretation shall be submitted to the competent Portuguese court.
7. Cancellation by us
   We may, at our discretion, alter any tour or taxi transfer service or cancel if there is a red alert issued by the local authorities or in a case of "force majeur". Force Majeur means unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond MadeiraTaxiTours.com control, the consequences of which neither MadeiraTaxiTours.com nor its agents could reasonably be expected to avoid, including, but not limited to, war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity (actual or threatened), industrial dispute, technical problems with transport, machinery or equipment, power failure, natural disaster, fire, flood, drought, and adverse weather conditions. In any case, you'll be offered an alternate date for the same tour or taxi transfer service or a full reimbursement.
8. Cancellation by you
   Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour or taxi transfer service will be refunded 100%. Cancellations carried out within 3 - 6 days will incur an administration fee of 10%. All cancellations must be advised by the signatory of the booking by phone or email at least 48 hours prior to any tour or taxi transfer service.
9. Insurance
   MadeiraTaxiTours.com has insurance cover as required by portuguese law in order to operate a business of this nature. All passengers are insured.
10. Currency & Taxes
    All prices are quoted in Euros and include all taxes.
